Minutes of the USV Meeting in January

  I represented our unit at the USV meeting on January 22 in Mechanicsburg. At that time I paid our dues and voting fees for the unit. I was assured we are covered under the USV liability insurance and a declaration page for any events we attend as individuals will be sent to me the company clerk when requested.

The votings began at 7AM and since there were no contested positions, the voting was more of an affirmation of current positions held at the 1^st Regiment command level. The 11^th Pennsylvania Reserves or 40th Regiment Company H was affirmed in 10^th Company with Gary Sinclair as line commander of the 10th Company. With that they are counting on us to turn out for USV events. The only contested elections were in 2^nd regiment which has no effect on us at this time.
